LEEDership understands that the ideal approach to achieving green and sustainable performance is through quality processes, including early planning, an integrated design approach, detailed design and analysis through computer modelling, quality assurance during construction, and full and complete handover to facility managers. LEEDership appreciates that achieving a green building certificate is not simply about addressing individual performance criteria (credits) one by one, but to take advantage of the synergies between credits to achieve the best certification grade within budget.
