Why LEEDership?
Nowadays, many clients seek to improve the environmental performance of their buildings, whether they be new projects or improvements to existing stock, and to seek recognition through certification under a green building rating system of their choice.
LEEDership understands that the ideal approach to achieving green and
sustainable performance is through quality processes, including early
planning, an integrated design approach, detailed design and analysis
through computer modelling, quality assurance during construction, and
full and complete handover to facility managers.
LEEDership appreciates that achieving a green building certificate is
not simply about addressing individual performance criteria (credits)
one by one, but to take advantage of the synergies between credits to
achieve the best certification grade within budget.
LEEDership follows a cost-benefit approach to green building
certification, with the ultimate aim to achieve the desired level of
award and, more importantly, the desired level of overall performance.
LEEDership was established in order to help raise the
standards of green building performance, not just achieving
certification but also to help developers, managers, landlords and
tenants enjoy the enhanced levels of operation, improvements in
environmental conditions plus savings in energy costs which are the
direct result of full and thorough professional practices.
The achievement of such an objective requires motivation from the
client, co-operation and pro-activity amongst the project team. We work
closely with the project team at all levels to ensure an outcome of
timely completion and high standards of quality. |
